Hadeeth and Verse on Demand Obligations Science

People who have had the privilege of science in the sight of Allah and His Messenger . Many verses of the Qur'an that leads so that his people would seek knowledge , as found in Surat Al Mujadalah verse 11 :

Meaning :

" who believe , when it is said unto you : " charitable in the majlis . " Then Exert , Allah will give you the spaciousness . And when it is said : " Stand ye . " Then stood up , Allah will exalt those who believe among you , and those who were given some degree of knowledge . And Allah is Aware of what you do . " ( Surah al - Mujadilah : 11 ) .

 Hadeeth and Verse on Demand Obligations Science

From Abdullah bin Mas'ud r.a. The Prophet Muhammad once said :

 " Do not want to be like everyone else , but like these two. The first person who was given God's abundant wealth and spend it correctly , the two people who were given God al - Hikmah and he behave accordingly and teach it to others (Bukhari ) Above hadith contains subject matter that a Muslim should feel jealous in some ways . Indeed hasud envy or deed is an act that is forbidden in Islam , but there are two hasud to be present in a Muslim , which is the first desire wealth and treasure was spent in Allah's way as with berinfaq , charity and others . This treasure is not used to sin and sinners to God , both want science like those of other people , then science is practiced in everyday life , are also taught to others with Ikhlash .

Law seeking knowledge is obligatory , with details , the first legal menjadifardhu ' ain to learn religious knowledge such as Aqeedah , Fiqh , moral as well as the Qur'an. These sciences bersipat practical , meaning that every Muslim obligation to understand and put into practice in devotion to God . Fard ' ain means all Muslims are required to learn , may not be so . And the second law becomes obligatory kifayah to learn general science such as : social science , medicine , economics and teknologi.Fardu Kifayah means that not all people are required to understand and practice these sciences , should only some people .

Studying obligation is emphasized in the hadith the prophet , namely :

 رواه إبن عبد البر ) ) مسلمة و مسلم كلعلى فريضة العلم طلب

Meaning :

Seeking knowledge is obligatory for Muslims and Muslimat " ( Narrated by Ibn 'Abd al- Bari )

 Clearly and firmly above hadith mentions that studying was required not only to men , as well as to women . There was no difference for men and women in search of knowledge , everything is mandatory . It's just that in the search of knowledge that must be kept in accordance with the provisions of Islam . Liability unspecified time studying sebagimana in prayer, but every chance to sue , then we must seek knowledge . Studying not only can be implemented in formal institutions , but also can be done non-formal institutions . In fact , a teacher kehidupanpun experience for all of us , where we could take a lesson from every incident that happens around us . So is the problem the place , we are encouraged to seek knowledge anywhere, either in the near or distant place , as long as the science is beneficial to us .
