Horror Stories "Antu Banyu"

            South Sumatra is an area which many rivers flowed. There are at least nine major rivers flowing in the province, so that this province is another title Batang Hari Sembilan State. Batang in Palembang Malay language is defined as a large river. Well, there are many tales or stories that developed in the community that accompanies the presence of these rivers. Like the legend of love Kemaro island in the river Musi. Another story that I know in my village is a legend Antu Ayek often heard as a child, whether the story is there in the other areas.             The legend says, long ago there lived a girl from a simple family named Juani. Juani is a beautiful village girl handsome, fair-complexioned and thick black long hair. Juani amazement girl is so popular among the people. So it seems reasonable that many footmen who wish to sit side by side with him. But whatever the power, Juani girl did not want to make a choice to be a footman was in the village.
